Mold growth affected the bathrooms and showers at a community pool facility. The issue created health concerns and put the facility’s opening timeline at risk. With pool season less than two months away, the HOA contacted Kinetic Restoration for help. Our team assessed the damage and created a clear plan to remove the mold and restore the space.
We worked closely with the HOA and divided the project into two phases. During phase one, we completed targeted demolition, mold mitigation, and shower reconstruction. This allowed the facility to open safely and on time. After pool season, phase two addressed cosmetic upgrades throughout the bathrooms and surrounding common areas.
