Kinetic Restoration is a restoration and construction company based in Lakewood, Colorado, helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected property damage. Founded in 2014 by Josh Wallace and Chris Berve. We are accredited by the BBB with an A+ rating and an IICRC Certified Firm. Kinetic specializes in emergency services, water damage, fire & smoke restoration, mold mitigation, hazardous material cleanup, and full-service construction and insurance restoration solutions. They solve the stress and disruption caused by disasters—like floods, leaks, fires, and environmental hazards—by providing prompt mitigation, professional cleanup, and thorough rebuilding support so clients can return to safe, restored spaces. Serving both residential and commercial properties throughout the Denver metro area, they focus on effective communication, detailed planning, and high-quality results to address clients’ concerns quickly and confidently.

Josh Wallace
CEO
Josh is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, where he leads the company’s mission to deliver rapid, high-quality disaster recovery services across Colorado. With almost 20 years of experience in water mitigation, fire, smoke restoration, and reconstruction, Josh has built a reputation for leading complex emergency response projects for commercial, municipal, and residential clients. An IICRC-certified restoration professional, he specializes in large-scale disaster response, operational leadership, and developing teams that deliver exceptional client service. Prior to founding Kinetic Restoration, he held leadership roles with major restoration and homebuilding organizations that restore properties—and communities—when it matters.
Chris Berve
COO
Chris is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees sales operations, estimating, and emergency response coordination. With more than 15 years of experience in water mitigation, environmental remediation, and insurance restoration, Chris brings deep expertise in managing complex disaster recovery projects for commercial properties, school districts, municipalities, and multi-family communities. As an IICRC-certified water restoration professional he is known for his operational leadership and process-driven approach, he plays a key role in ensuring rapid response, clear communication, and exceptional client service during critical restoration events.
Stacey Childers
Director of Administration
Stacey serves as the Director of Administration, where she oversees the company’s administrative operations, marketing, and internal support systems. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and business operations, Stacey transitioned into the restoration industry in 2020 and quickly became a key part of the team. She manages responsibilities across accounting, human resources, subcontractor prequalification, and marketing, while also supporting field teams and customers to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. Known for her versatility and problem-solving mindset, Stacey plays an essential role in keeping Kinetic Restoration’s operations organized, responsive, and client-focused.
Mauricio Garcia
Project Manager
Mauricio serves as a Project Manager, where he oversees residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial consultation through final completion. Mauricio manages all aspects of the rebuild process including budgeting, permitting, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Prior to joining the restoration industry, Mauricio worked with a Boulder-based design/build firm specializing in high-end residential remodels and custom homes. He has also owned and operated contracting businesses gaining valuable experience managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong reputation for quality and customer service. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is known for his leadership, organization, and ability to build trusted relationships with trades and clients.
Lonny Boccardi
Project Manager
Lonny serves as a Project Manager, where he oversees restoration projects from initial response through final completion. With decades of leadership experience in operations and team management, Lonny brings a strong focus on organization, communication, and client service to every project. He works closely with property owners, technicians, and trade partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Before joining Kinetic Restoration, Lonny spent more than 20 years in leadership roles with major grocery retailers, where he managed large teams and complex operations. His background in contract management, project coordination, and customer relationship management helps ensure a seamless experience for clients navigating the restoration process. Lonny’s steady leadership and commitment to service make him a valued member of the Kinetic Restoration team.
Stephan Lampitt
Assistant Project Manager
Sserves as Assistant Project Manager, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in restoration, reconstruction, and field operations. Stephan has advanced through the organization from Technician to Superintendent before stepping into his current role. Today, he manages projects from mitigation through reconstruction, coordinating field teams, working closely with clients, and partnering with trade professionals to ensure successful outcomes. An IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician, Stephan is known for his technical expertise and leadership in complex environments Stephan’s diverse construction background and commitment to excellence make him a key contributor to Kinetic Restoration’s project success.
